Three different types of personal fitness training Misty can do: at home personal training, in the gym personal training and phone and internet personal fitness training.Prices
vary depending on location for your personal fitness training, but remember "you
get what you pay for".
Email Misty for a phone or in-person consultation to discuss which of these will
be best for your situation. At that time she will quote pricing and set appointments. This involves me coming to your home or office for a training session, usually 45-75 minutes in length. This can be 1-5 times per week. The advantage of this type of training is that it saves you travel time and eliminates many of the excuses for not working out. I am very creative so there is not a need to have a lot of equipment. I can work with just about anything to create a workout and I can set up a very simple workout space if we need to. This is the form that has the highest rate of success and longevity. If you so desire, these can also be followed with a massage therapy session in your own home! This involves meeting at a gym and working out, usually for one hour sessions. These are most often done 1-5 times per week. Misty is a personal trainer in Houston. This is a great idea for travelers or people who live out of town. I will email a prescribed workout for you. Depending on the agreement, 1-5 of these prescribed workouts would be prepared and sent to you each week. You will then be expected to do them yourself and email me when each is completed. Phone support will be given as well, which is useful especially at the beginning while you are learning the routines. I will often include a photo of a pose etc. to help you learn the proper form. This is sort of like a "correspondence course" of personal training but can be really helpful for business travellers or if you live in a remote location. Misty has the knowledge and experience to tweak anyone's fitness program giving them an edge in the hurried world in which we live. Misty is a Master Trainer who works with individuals who are CEO's, individuals in management, housewives, secretaries, overweight, underweight, and unfit; anyone who is interested in improving their overall fitness and health. Misty's credentials Misty holds the highest credentials as a Massage Therapist from the AMTA and
the NCBTMB. She has been a practicing Therapeutic Massage Therapist for 18 years.
Misty has received over 250 hours of training to prepare her to be a Yoga Instructor
and has been a Yoga practioner for many years. Misty has her own unique style
of massage including Deep Therapeutic Practices, Light Touch Acupressure, Massage
with Rehabilitation and Stretch, Neuromuscular, and Joint Mobilization and any
combination of these to name a few. She even does a unique Yoga Massage combination.
